PHASE I INITIAL SEO

The Initial SEO phase consists of research and analysis, and a full website audit that is completed up front, before embarking on the link building campaign. Once the website has been optimized, the Web Contempo will complete the initial SEO phase by laying a solid foundation of incoming links.

RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS

Step I – Keyword Research

The research and analysis phase begins with keyword research. Web Contempo will work to generate keyword phrases (consisting of two to four words) that will be used throughout the SEO campaign. Web Contempo will determine which keywords are relevant to the site and begin a marketing assessment. The final selection will be three main keyword phrases. The final keywords selected will be guided by which products/services you want to promote, and will give you the best ROI, combined with our analysis of traffic levels and current number of search results for keywords related to your site.

Step II – Competitive Analysis

Once keywords have been targeted, Web Contempo will perform a competitive analysis of the top 3 competitors for your highest priority keyword phrase(s). This will include an analysis of both your competitors’ on-page optimization and incoming links. This will help develop a rough estimate of the amount of incoming links required to be competitive, and provide additional insight for on-page optimization.

Step III – On-Page Analysis

Web Contempo will analyze your website to determine design flaws and factors within the site that can have a potential negative impact on any SEO effort. This includes a W3C compliance check and a full layout and design analysis.

Step IV – Current Status Check

Web Contempo will provide an initial search engine ranking report to check the website’s initial position for the targeted keywords within the top 3 search engines. Additionally we will also check the website’s current incoming links in both Google and Yahoo Site Explorer.

FULL WEBSITE AUDIT

PHASE II ACTIVE SEO

Ranking for competitive keyword phrases can be a long and complicated process, however, once achieved, organic keyword traffic can provide a very lucrative long term ROI. Our link building strategy has been developed over the past 5 years based on previous successful SEO campaigns targeting competitive keywords. This is an ongoing, monthly SEO strategy focusing primarily on building incoming links, which is the most effective way to increase search engine rankings. We focus on permanent link building rather than “renting” links to maximize your investment in SEO and provide the best long term ROI. We have found article and Web 2.0 Marketing to be the most effective method of ranking for competitive keyword phrases, and providing solid, permanent links that will provide a huge benefit over a long period of time.

COST

The cost for the complete campaign consists of a fixed, one time fee for the Initial SEO phase of the program, followed by a monthly fee for Active SEO. The initial SEO fee will be paid up front, before any work on the project begins. Monthly SEO fee must be prepaid before the beginning of each month. We recommend a minimum of 3 months commitment on any program level.

Web Contempo focuses on natural search engine optimization and building free, permanent links to achieve rankings.  Web Contempo DOES NOT use cloaking, doorway pages or hidden text to achieve good search engine placement.
